In this course, I offer a holistic, intuitive, and experiential full day retreat where you get training in deepening your own intuition, and getting you more connected to your own inner guiding voice so that you make healthy choices not just for dieting, but for living a joyful life.

What I teach
I will take you on a personal and intimate journey to deepen your ability to be intuitive, especially in relationship to your body. This workshop is hands-on and participatory. Through these practices, you will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of your body’s condition and develop a personalized plan to address them. The program is designed to help you not only achieve your optimal body, but also improve your overall well-being.
You will be validated, honored, and championed by this program.

this is a networking-free event. The program is focused solely on your personal growth and well-being, and we want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and free from any commercial pressures or solicitations. Please leave business cards at home. all participants will be addressed by their first names only. (Nick-names welcome too) last names will be omitted for the sake of privacy. This will help facilitate a more open and friendly atmosphere where participants can connect with each other on a more personal level.
